Timbre Bridge

A bridge designed like an acoustic guitar. Piano wires were strung across holes drilled in the center of an 8′ diameter platform. Sound vibrates through a resonating chamber below as strings are played.

Temporary installation. Salvaged wood, gravel, piano tuning pins and piano wire.

Dimensions: 6.5′ H x 8′ W x 25′ L
